Most anticipated 2013 Films 2 of 10: John Dies At The End

Sometimes a trailer can really sell a film to you – so watch the following first:

…how great does that look?

What could be better than a low budget sci-fi/horror flick that looks like a cross between a Philip K Dick story and The Evil Dead 2? Nothing really. Especially when you add in a gun wielding Glynn Turman a.k.a. Mayor Clarence Royce, once again proving the universal law that absolutely every film made in the last ten years has somebody from The Wire in it.

John Dies At The End is out on the 22nd March, the same day as a Richard Curtis comedy, a new Stephenie (Twilight) Meyer adaptation and a big CGI version of Jack and the beanstalk. So the chances are it will disappear quicker than a Mars bar at weightwatchers, lets hope it gets at least a bit of a release as although it will be available on demand very soon, it looks like the kind of flick that should really be enjoyed at the cinema.
