Tonight at LAMP: Anyone Can Play Guitar

LUCFEST ACPG COMPLETE 1000pxBrace yourselves for a fantastic evening of film and music at LAMP from 7:30 pm. First up we’ve got seven fantastic short films all competing for the LUC SHORT FILM PRIZE, there is cosplay, there are zombie puppets, there is even a vengeful space crab.

The main feature tonight is the ace documentary Anyone Can Play Guitar, the inside story of the Oxford music scene, featuring bands such as Ride, Radiohead, Supergrass and Foals. This is followed by an exclusive Q&A with director Jon Spira, conducted by LAMPS’s very own Pip Burley.

AND THATS NOT ALL! Rounding off the night will be the band Not Right playing some covers from the era featured in the film.

Thats a lot of entertainment for the ticket price of just £5 – there are still some tickets left so get down to LAMP early to avoid disappointment.
