Time flies when you’re having fun – or when the bunker canteen slip the right amount of stimulants into what they are somehow legally allowed to describe as ‘Soup’.
Either way, there are only two days left of the 3rd LUC Festival and three more events until we can all have a good lie down.
Tonight at the foundry wood, intrepid and hardy cinema fans will be treated to special outdoor screening of the classic Evil Dead 2. This event is completely sold out, so please don’t come if you don’t have a ticket. Rest assured if all goes well we will try to do another similar screening soon.
Prior to Ash battling the forces of darkness, we will have a few hand-picked spooky shorts from the selection for the LUC Short Film Prize 2015

Tomorrow, the LUC festival arrives at an earth shuddering climax with two events, first at 5.00pm it is the final of the LUC Short Film Prize 2015 (plus a cool film quiz at the same time). Following that at 8.00pm the festival closes with a screening of acclaimed independent drama Wildlike. Tickets for both can be purchased from wegottickets.com/lucfest
